Thanks to everyone who gave there opinion. Can never have enough information. I only have one son who is 2 and my wife is fully on board and is helping 100% and is aware of the cons to this. Were just looking for a deal right now with minimum restoration. All the other deals I will wholesale. Thank yall again for all the opinions!!

Hey BP members,

Got a quick question, what are yalls thoughts on buying a house to fix up with little cosmetic repairs for a good price live in it while fixing it and then sell it?? What are the pros and cons to this?? I've been studying this field for a little while and have a basic understanding of how to buy but I'm a father with a wife and son and don't want to have 2 mortgages. I feel this would be a good way to get started. ALL OPINIONS will be helpful. Thank yall for your time!!

Ok so I went to the court house today and asked for the probate filings. They showed me where they were but said they ccouldn't give me copies. I'm able to view them there but I'm wanting to start a direct mail campaign. I asked if there was a website I could view them at and they said no. How do yall go about getting this list so yall can mail to them? Thanks for your time and help!!!
