I've got a property I wanted to run by you all and get as many opinions on price as possible.
Here are the details ::: 46 total lots | 23 Owner occupied trailers: $500-month |9 Lot rentals: $150-month | 14 Vacant lots | Streets and parking pads are in good condition and paved in concrete | Sits on a 20 acre lake.

Hello, my name is Adam Manns and I am currently an MBA student/ athlete at East Carolina University. I have been searching for an internship for the summer of 2017 within North Carolina and Washington DC area, and I have not been able to find anything that looks interesting to me.

I plan to do multi-family investing and possibly house flipping after graduation, so I hope to find someone to shadow/ work for that currently does this type of work full time. 

If anyone can offer any advice on searching for internships please reach out to me!

I am currently an MBA student/athlete at Easy Carolina University and I am looking for an internship for the 2017 summer time in North Carolina or the Washington DC area. I plan to get into multi family real estate investing and possibly house flipping after graduation, so I think that being able to shadow someone who currently does this would be a huge benefit. Any advice on how to search for these types of internships would be greatly appreciated!
