@Jared Stoneman - Englewood (south of Denver) is an interesting place. There seems to be a path of progress moving south down Broadway. The Northside of Englewood, directly adjacent to Denver, is already pretty far along in being rehabilitated, but as you move south down Broadway you come across areas that are just starting to turn....as far as great places to live, it depends what kind of lifestyle you're looking for. For me, closer to the mountains the better. Feel free to PM me if you want to chat.

@Erich Wolff

Welcome Erich. I have a very similar plan to yours. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to discuss, share knowledge, or just bounce ideas off me. I live in Castle Rock and split time at my 9-5 between Denver and Co Springs. Good luck to you.

Looking to connect with wholesalers in the Co Springs and Pueblo areas. Let me know if you'd like to talk.

Thanks in advance.

I think I've already validated the demand for the concept, I'm now focusing on networking with REI's and narrowing down the best markets/locations.

If any one wants to bounce ideas or suggestions, feel free to PM me!

There is a landowner that is planning to build a lot full of "THOWs" in Co Springs. Not sure when it will be completed, but he's working on site design and permitting right now.
