@Arn Cenedella - are there certain areas of the Greenville MSA that you see the most growth potential? I have a friend moving to Simpsonville and we're kicking around the idea of doing some development in the area. Would love to get your thoughts.

I think an acquisition fee or CM fee on top of the 50/50 split is fair. Managing a ground up construction project is time consuming so you should be compensated. Not sure exactly what that fee would look like. Maybe $25k-50k?  Good luck to you. Sounds like an awesome project. Where is it located?

Hey @Samuel Medina, I've been there too. There are so many great markets to invest in that it's tough to pick. I would try to find a market with solid fundamentals that is either near where you live, easy to travel to, or somewhere that you plan to visit anyway. Maybe it's near a vacation spot you like or where you or your spouse grew up.

I use Active Campaign and have no complaints. I know a lot of people also use mailchimp and Hub spot. Reach out if you have any question on AC.
