@Ned Carey, That is true! A buddy of mine on here has mentioned that. I plan to go down the list and figure out which books are audio style. With a full time job and other distractions, time for books isn't easy to come by.

I'm randomly curious how you came up with the name of your company or LLC by the way. Is there a meaning behind it? Ocean properties?

Thanks for reaching out Colton. That book along with so many others are on my list indeed! I also bought "The Richest Man in Babylon". It's next in line. I'm also registered to the two webinars. Perfect topics for starting out!

My name is Adam and I'm a Portland native. I've been interested in real estate for some time now, and was only recently introduced to BP. In the last month I've been powering through some of the podcasts with titles that seemed to really peak my interest. My plan is to start at the beginning and listen to them all in my 'mobile university'.

I'm not an avid reader, but looking to change that and have already started. About one-third through 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' and am thoroughly enjoying the additional education of an already known concept, at least on the surface. It is good though to have a more thorough grasp and understanding of the difference between an asset and liability. The story portion of this lesson sure makes for a much more fun read.

I'm mostly interested in the buy and hold strategy, but who knows. This is a new adventure and passion. Huge thanks to the creators and contributors to this site.
