Sorry to miss this. My business partner and I are coming to AZ the weekend of August 4th for an out of state buying weekend. We are interested in Multi units 2-8 units in the Phoenix area. Is there a must meet investor, wholesaler, agent in the area? Any advice is much appreciated. Also if there is a meetup that weekend or if any people want to get together Adhoc, I would be very interested. 

A few questions for a fellow California resident looking at out of state opportunities. 

How did you choose KC as your market?

How did you choose that specific neighborhood?

What do the number look like for you investments?

What company did you choose to manage the properties and what do their fees look like?

If it is an investment, why not 1031 exchange it into another property? Possibly a multi unit with cash flow?

I'm looking for COCR deals at 15% in Phoenix and San Antonio but would consider other markets if the deal looks good. Have cash.
