I was recently visiting the Lutz, FL area and noticed that there was an immense amount of new development going on. As a result, I had the idea of developing a smaller 3-4 acre property on my own. Are there any users with experience in the area. Also, does anyone have suggestions for pricing on 10,000 square feet lots in the Land O Lakes area?

I was recently looking into a property in Franklin Park, IL. How is the renters market compared to the rest of the city? How do the property values fluctuate in that area of the market?

I recently came upon certain opportunities in Berwyn, IL. I was wondering how the area was in comparison to the South Shore area and just in general standing.

I am currently in the search of a multi family investment opportunity. The thought of financing and money movement was a thought I have thought about for a while. I have considered conventional institutional loan and financing. Do you guys have any other suggestions or financing strategies that would prove to provide more leverage or just a smarter move?

I have read articles in the Wall Street Journal about the home market in Southern California. The returns are shaping up after the housing markets crashed in 2008. The lowest average return on flipping houses was $20,000 at the time, now it is an average of $60,000 in the market. So, Southern Cali is one of the better markets at the moment.
