I’ve started to look within the Toledo, Ohio area, and I’m looking to invest in duplex homes, and would like to connect with real estate agents, individuals who have off market listings, and also what areas to avoid within that market. Buy box is cashflowing

Looking to collaborate and make connections, open to all discussions, feel free to send any message, or any advice on this thread

Greatly appreciate the help!

Can you explain in depth this process and how to go about it? would love to PM to have a short discussion, thanks!

Hey yall,

Was just out in Sacramento recently exploring the area and have an idea of where Id like to invest primarily north of sacramento, given better areas/schools/safety and close to university and hospitals

Goal is to live in one unit and rent out the rest, rinse and repeat

Where would you recommend investing in multifamily?

How does buying your first place of residency with an FHA and/or conventional loan impact buying your second place and so on so forth

What do you need to qualify for a 3-4 unit multifamily with FHA? how does that differ with a conventional loan?

Hoping to find a place in the next 3-6 months

Any guidance on the process, education, blindspots would be great

Appreciate it, hoping to connect with others on a similar journey!

@Abe Rouz Visit your local REI groups. There are many groups that meet across the country. Some post here on the Bigger Pockets Marketplace. Many post on meetup.com. Even facebook will have some. Networking is always a great practice and you never know who you might meet there and what good information they have to share. Would certainly recommend visiting if one is close to you.

Appreciate it, im not in the Toledo area if thats what you meant, im doing that locally at the moment, and most are currently in this market, however would love to connect with others who have a team such as inspection, contractors and realtors

Do you currently own any properties in Toledo now or would this be your first BRRRR deal?

Thanks for getting back to me

I’m looking to shop the terms for better terms. I do have student loans from graduate school only, about 150K, that are 0% right now because they are federal loans. If you have someone that you can recommend id love to get in touch.
