Hi,

First time home investor looking to invest money into a duplex, triplex, multi flex in the Sacramento region given that I do have an FHA loan reapproved with 10% down looking to Hosack my first property as a means to be able to pay for my student loan and be able to live, looking for anyone that is experiencing within the region, for contractors, for property manager, for other illicit infections, who is the agents who can help shed some light, advice and how they got started, the process that they use, the calculations/1 was at the use as well. Greatly appreciate your help and insight as I was looking to build wealth slowly and gradually and to see financial freedom through real estate. Thanks again!
