@Mindy Jensen

Thank you for your response I will take it seriously, and yes I can actually take a small loan which I was also thinking about it. My original plan was to take a loan to convert my garage into a single and rent it out since it’s now legal to rent a well build garage in the city I live in.

So I been wanting to buy another duplex property but don’t have quite enough funds to do so, but I do have a 401k account. My question is, is it worth pulling out this money to buy another duplex? Thanks for reading.

Thank you for your reply Arlen, your info was really helpful. So at this point I don’t care if they pay or not I just want them out because that’s where I’m supposed to live with my family, I am currently living with my mother in law, luckily she’s not charging me for rent, but we are crumbled in a small room. I have paid my lawyer a total of 1700$ so far but I’m using a zero interest cc for that. A positive news from all this is that she’s representing herself and when we were on discovery for all her fake claims she did not show proof within the 7 days so I’m hoping that is on my favor.

Hi everyone in BP, hope everyone is having a good evening. So I just got the date of my first court appearance today, and I’m a little nervous. So I’m trying to remove the existing tenant from when I first bought the property a few months ago, they stopped paying rent since September so I got a lawyer and now we are set to meet in court on Dec 26 and was wondering if you the experience or knowledgeable investors can share some tips and advice on how to tackle this situation. Thank you all.
@Chuy Gonzalez thank you for that web site, I’m looking to see if these guys are worth it.
@Tim Gordon yes thank you for the tips I will start taking notes and I do feel like this is a valuable lesson/experience.
@Lee S. Thank you for the advice will definitely be stricter with tenants for now on.

@Rob D.
