May be selling a 4plx soon, looking at DFW area to buy replacement property. Need recommendations of towns feeling growth but not overpriced yet.

I have read on these forums that 4-6% annually is average returns for a DST. If you don't need a larger return, and don't want the active investment, then I think a DST would work well for you.

What is a good way to find a reputable, experienced company that rehabs apartment complexes?

Off market 4plex in Mesa. Close to Country Club drive and Rio Salado. New roof and 2 ACs in last 4 years. New flooring in one apartment. Fully occupied. Lots of interest when vacant. All units have washer/dryer hookups, 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Gross monthly rent is $2550, owner pays water and trash. There is also a small piece of land adjacent to the apartment building and Rio Salado that could possibly be used for storage units for tenants for additional income.
