Hello everyone and a special thanks to those of you who stopped by to view my post!

It's a pleasure to be joining such an informative community, I plan to build wealth in KNOWLEDGE along with real estate.

Currently I'm 24 and a part-time student, being part of such unstable times during my generation I would like to acquire more than just a degree!
