Thanks Alex I'll keep that in mind while in class! Most of my questions are in regards to what happens after you're able to pass the exam? Broker fees? MLS fees? Annual dues? From my research it looks as though you could spend a good $1,500 before being ready to go!

It only lasts a week and two days, not bad! The company I'm going through has what they call the scholarship package which is $385 for the course.

Hey guys next week I will be starting RE classes in St. Louis Missouri! I'm a little nervous about what to expect & what to retain, are there any Missourians or other outside the state that may have some advice?!

I've recently relocated back to the area, although I've grew-up in St. Louis 90% of my life! I'm looking to get into wholesaling but of course looking to be an understudy if possible of someone in the area until I learn how to effectively perform the transactions.

Congrats @Huy N.

I used to live in Houston and LOVED IT there, unfortunately had to come back to Missouri but I hope to gain an opportunity that well allow me to relocate there again!

Inspiring, Best of luck in your future!

As always thanks everyone for the wealth of insight! I will take @Kim Tucker up on her offer and yes @Bill Gulley , I will go back and key in on the "dry stuff" more! I've read tons of articles of unethical practices i.e. the "straw buyers" stories are interesting. But yes, I want to have fun and prosper in the most legitimate way possible!
