Welcome To BP Mona! I'm new to this myself, but I have worked in the rental market before. It's all about researching rents in the type of property you want buy. For instance, depending on neighborhood, I see 2b2ba duplexes going for 900-1300 per month. So get to know you're market intimately. A lot of the resources say to analyze 100 deals and you'll learn the ropes of your local market.

Very cool! I think it's wise to keep your momentum now that you have it.
