Hello, my name is Richard and I live in Bonners Ferry, ID.  I am newbie to BiggerPockets and Real Estate investing.  I have recently sold my business and looking for a new adventure.  I hope to learn as much I can and in time be able to give back and help others.  I am interested in single family and small multi you dwellings.  At this time I feel that buy and hold might be my best option but as I grow in knowledge of real estate investing, expanding may be an option.  Thank you.
