Hey Feodor, I am an Indianapolis local and I own a construction group. I have also flipped houses for investors as well as flipped my own houses for the past 7 years. I would be happy to chat to see how we could work with one another!

Hey all,

I’ve posted a handful of times on here introducing myself and offering assistance for out of state investors, but today I wanted to pitch my new exteriors company for any and all who are in the Indy area.

If anyone is in the market for a new roof, windows, siding, masonry, or just about anything else you’d like done on the exterior of a house shoot me a message — I’ve got some of the best prices this side of the Mississippi.

We specialize in new roofs, siding, and windows, but we can take care of anything on the exterior of a house you might need.

Hey @Guy East I have built a few carriage houses for investors and homeowners alike. If you end up going that route feel free to keep my name handy and reach out if you'd like a quote from my construction team.

Thanks!

Hey Joe, if you end up finding a property feel free to keep my info handy. I own a construction company and can help make your place exactly how you'd like it. Happy to help however I can!

@Amy Mitchell if you are trying to cashflow I don't think Fountain Square is not where you want to aim. The price point will be on the higher side which will limit cashflow opportunities there. Areas like that either flipping or appreciation is the play for investing.

If cashflow is what you're going for there are several other solid areas around the city that I think you should be aiming for. Somewhere in a B or B- neighborhood or something and not in an area where houses are selling for just under $1m.

I don't know Cincy as well as I do Indy, but I have an arm of my construction company in both Indy and Cincinnati and I can help with rehab and being boots on the ground in both of those markets.

As for Cleveland I will be no help with sadly.

Give me a shout if I can help out!

Quote from @Drew Sygit:

Why pics when every cell phone can take video and you can narrate the video like your client is walking the property with you?

You can send the video to client via Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.

I take snapshots of important aspects of the property while the video is recording and upload both the pics and videos to Dropbox currently. I appreciate you, Drew

Quote from @Ashlee Brooks:

Hi Aaron! My partner and I will be investing in Indy this year through BRRRR deals and I'm currently putting together a team. I'm looking for someone who can do a walk-through, take videos, and pics of properties. How much do you charge?

Hi Ashlee! I can do all of the above and more. My rates are $75 for any pictures/videos inside Indianapolis city limits, $125 for anything outside Indianapolis, and $50 for an brief estimate based on the walkthrough with pics and everything. If you would like to move forward and get a formal scope of work, I do not charge anything for a scope of work to be put together by my contractors (but they would need additional access to the property for the walkthrough, though).

Feel free to reach PM me if you'd like to chat about it more and however we might be able to help one another!

Hey all,

I'm sure I have introduced myself and/or chatted with a lot of you who will see this, but for those I haven't had the pleasure with yet I wanted to introduce myself.

I am a local here in Indy and own a construction management company. I regularly work with investors in several facets. I can take pictures of a property prior to purchase, provide a scope of work, and (if we get the work to rehab the property) manage the contractor and subcontractors that are working on the property from start to finish while providing weekly updates.

Even if you are not interested in any of the above, I am more than happy to help on anything you may have questions in regards to Indianapolis real estate. I have lived here my whole life and have 8 years of construction experience so I should be able to help in one way or another.

Looking forward to chatting with some of y'all!
