@Aaron K. Its a oos investment kcmo. Its paid for with cash.

@Jaron Walling im suppoused to get it back around spring. I was planning on getting the cards because i would not have to pay it back right away.and i wanted to get my money back also for capital so i can continue buying houses. Buying over priced material im nit going to do. I definitely will be looking for deals. As far as rehab i havent got all the estimates yet.its oos

I have one house that needs to be rehabbed. 22,000$ saved up. My credit score is decent but i am waiting to get my experian up to 700 at least so i can get approved for a lowes or homedepot credit card for materials so i can use that as leverage. Or should i just use all my cash for tge rehab?? And i also have family that owe me 23,000$. What should i do?

@Stuart Smith BUYING IN WAR ZONE AREAS IS A NO NO, TO MANY PROBLEMS AND HEADACHES. WHEN YOU GET 100,000 K HOMES YOU HAVE MORE PEACE LESS STRESS. LESS MAINTENANCE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT.
