@Myesha Kendrix check out Lisa Phillips real estate investing for beginners it's a great book and she deals with lower-income rental homes Etc. So like 30,000 20000 thousand and up home. Restoring the hood and you also check out Hood estate on Instagram

@Colleen Prescott they just want to throw people off investing out of state is great return on your money you see people will travel to go party out in Miami or different countries but they won't invest. You see the problem there don't follow the crowd think out the box so many people invest out of state. I know I do and I am just starting conquer the country you have the whole country to travel around why limit yourself. You will regret later on

Where is the evidence for that ? And to me  doesn't even matter  because I already know  what type of person you are and they are a lot  of successful  real estate  Investors  that are buying  up the hood . You can look up  roof  for all  on Instagram .  It is not  a black owned business  but they sure do have  a lot of  black tenants .  In the hood .  And they are very successful  so miss me with that
