Hello everyone!

I have been on the form for 6 or so months now. I realized I have never properly introduced myself! I have been a long time listener of the podcast but fairly new to the form. I started doing property management when I was about 16 and have had a passion for all things real estate ever since. I am now a licensed Realtor and continue to look for ways to expand my property management company.

Thank you so much for all the info and help you all put out! It is a great community!

1. The most common way of tapping into equity is threw a refinance of the property. But there is also other ways such as a line of credit or a second mortgage on the property.

2. It depends on what your end goal is. Personally, if a area is increasing in value I would prefer to see 3 or 4 properties increase rather then two.

3. As stated before the most common is a refinance.

4. You are more than capable of using the money as a down payment.

5.I live and invest in the Treasure Valley Area of Idaho. If you have any questions or need assistance I am more then happy to help.
