@Derek Terek:

Find/Research How? your could:

(1) generate additional earned income as self employed person/business

(2) open Solo 401K/SDIRA from earned income in Step 1

(3) When you leave your current company as Employee

(4) you may roll over your existing 401 K into this newly created Solo 401K/SDIRA.

Good Luck

@Brant Garner: Appreciate your thoughts.

Maybe it's a boon in disguise, going forward the Cap Rates will be indicative of the market reality. The Chinese Investors backed by their Govt. were outbidding and pushing exorbitant Cap Rates. The upward pressure on Cap Rates are going to continue due to the Steel Tariffs imposed by the current administration which is due to expire May. 2018. New Construction Starts could be hurting due to the tariffs ranging from 10 % to 25% which is expected to invariably spike construction costs, resulting in Organic rise in demand for Existing inventory and hence the Cap Rates.

Thanks

@Natasha Hunter, @Adam Adams, @Jeff Wallenius: TY for all your input.

All of you have validated my initial impressions. I'm new to the Notes thing.

Have quite a bit of way to go. Currently looking to learn about partials on Performing 1st in Non-Judicial Foreclosure States, starting with the home State of Michigan.

I hope to be in touch with all of you.

Thank You
