Are you familiar with yellow letters?

I am mailing those out and it is suppose to be as high as 10%.
I have mailed out pieces in the past and received response rates as high as 6% personally.

I am just shooting to find people who are trying to get rid of their home before foreclosure.

Basically... what I am thinking is 30 days is too soon.. and I should be getting people 60, 90, etc. days late on their payments...

About 7 calls so far (only mailed on Saturday) and only 1 is a lead.. rest are "no thanks".

I have been doing direct mail for awhile though in other businesses and really can't pull a percentage right now

I sent an initial 500 just to test the waters.

My lead source (Response Makers) only gives one address so it goes there.

I have been sending out hand addressed letters and having pretty dismal results.

I have mostly 30, and 60 (not as many) day late leads...

What do you recommend I adjust, etc.
