@Ali Boone Hello Ali...thanks for the welcome. I see you're in Paradise yourself ;o) I was just in your neck of the woods after my Disneyland visit. Love Venice B and visited often when I lived in So Cal on two different occasions. The Land of free spirits ;o) You're right my price point is non existent here in San Mateo County so I'm looking in surrounding counties as well as Austin. Its like a mini Silicon Valley with dust! Wish me success! Looking forward to seeing you around BP.

@Ben Bakhshi Ben...thanks for the intro...you're right here in my back yard so to speak. Foster City is one of my favorite bedroom communities to do business in. Schools are key to its draw as well as beautiful water "lifestyle" I hope to meet perhaps at an REI meet up meeting soon......

@Troy Fisher Hi Troy....thanks much for the recommendations on cities to investigate. Are you and Aptos native?

To All......You're Rock Stars and thanks so much again. Cheers Denice!

Cheers Denice!

Hello Minh.....a beautiful family indeed! Thanks much for the reply...My Mom and Sister live in San Jose and given what I do for a living...very familiar with what garages cost in both Burlingame and surrounding cities as well as the South Bay. Of course nowhere else in the country can you expect the equity growth that we have here in the SF Bay Area...I was just saying yesterday and one of my favorite and very appropriate phrases....."We pay to play" Its the SF Bay Area "lifestyle" that is unequaled ( I may get some comments here ;o))

I am persistent, committed, and have the fortitude of an ox! A bit of hope goes a long way as well.

What are your family investment goals?

Cheers Denice!

Happy MLK Day to All...thank you so much for the warm welcome!! Still recovering from the Niner loss!

Brandon...You're a doll and thanks much...I will work on the Keyword Alerts for sure. Good success!

Jeff in Redwood City....Yes my old stomping ground yet still around a lot....relatives,clients, and lots of friends in the area. Born and raised..hence the native status :) I graduated from Sequoia...The House of Humor is still there!!! You? Good success!

I'd love to stay here in California for my rent and hold so if anyone can point me in some good directions I'm all ears and super open to suggestions. Under $200,000 SFH 3/2 good condition structurally (I have a great sense of style and aesthetic for cosmetic upgrades)

J Martin in Richmond....What a nice and gracious email.....Thanks for giving of your time and great insights. I sure don't come across many natives that's for sure and when I do its so fun talking about the transformation!!! I like your strategy and philosophy capturing the spill over from areas that many find out of reach financially. Whats your experience with renters in the EB areas you invest in? I will certainly connect with the Peninsula people you mentioned and would love to check out your meet up. Thanks again J Martin and good success to you as well!

Jeff from Camarillo.....Thanks much for the So Cal welcome. If you're ever up our way give us a shout for coffee! Good success!

Hi Naveen...thanks for the reply.....You're right $200000 is non existent in our area so Im actually looking out of state...Going to Austin on January 30...I understand the trends are very similar to the Bay Area...lack of inventory, multiple offers so on...that doesn't scare me away ;0) For my dolling up and reselling goals I do have a larger budget so will look here in the SF Bay Area....Love your email....What ate your goals? Cheers Denice!

What a great site this is! I thank my wonderful accountant and CPA for turning me on to BP. I am a beyond full time ;0) Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area and a very proud native to the Peninsula...born and raised! What changes I've seen...

Thank you for your well wishes in advance! I'm really looking forward to meeting great and like minded people with whom I can share grow and learn about this wild and crazy business of Real Estate!

A short term goal is to acquire a second rental property (under $200,000) to hold. (I welcome tips on locations) Additionally I have aligned myself with some super excited partners to embark on some "dolling up" and reselling.

It's a great day in Real Estate! Cheers Denice!
