How do we verify income?

Parent applied for the unit, she will be using her children's income to qualify. The children's income goes to their UTMA account which the parent has access to. Income is about $17k monthly (still to be verified). The unit is renting for $3600. We haven't come across this before. 

Quitting your job would depend on how much money you have available to maintain your lifestyle. It will take some time for your SOI to look at you as an RE Agent vs whatever your daytime job is and earn their trust.

No issue being PT. They have other offices. Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, Downey. 

Intero Real Estate. They offer lots of training and support compared to the two other Brokerages I was with. 

I make about 700 cold calls daily and on average talk to about 30 people. You will have to follow-up with them via calls, mail and in person a few times to get them to trust you. Give them lots of value, show them you know what you're talking about. You may not make a deal now, but if you're persistent and resourceful you will get business.
