Parent with child actors
How do we verify income?
How to we assure the income is stable?
How do we assure she is allowed to use there income for living expenses?
Parent applied for the unit, she will be using her children's income to qualify. The children's income goes to their UTMA account which the parent has access to. Income is about $17k monthly (still to be verified). The unit is renting for $3600. We haven't come across this before.
