new investor, Landlord portfoliosAfter hitting it "big" on my first sell this year I decided to focus on landlords. Needles to say none have went the way the first one did. I have about about 5 portfolios that I currently have and dont know what to do with.any advice?

I have the opportunity to partner with a couple who owns 22 houses....they will seller finance as well...Houses are in good condition and all rented out. im meeting the couple back in two days to go over the terms. how do I structure the deal????

Helloooo!! Id like to start off by saying I DID IT!!! and so can you!!I am a single mother of four boys. I had been going through some unimaginable hard times. Honestly 7 months ago I went to my first food bank because even with government assistance I could not feed my children...I honestly was ...
