How to Negotiate Subject To deals over the Phone

Wad up BP,

Negotiating Subject to deals over the phone BEFORE you go out to see the house is paramount especially in there fearful times we're in. What you don't want to do is presume your seller is on board with you doing a subject to deal with them, and then when you get to the house they have no idea of what you're talking about. I have a motto in business and in life, "Start how you want to finish". Meaning start the relationship off the exact way you want it to end.

In this video I'll show you how we negotiate with a seller to set up the subject to transaction. I want them to understand how we can help them before we set an appointment to view the house. It's kind of like letting the pretty girl know my expectations before I come to the house. Yes, it may be a bit shocking and insensitive, but both parties know what to expect from each other so they can make an educated decision to move forward. Further we NEVER use the words "SUBJECT TO" when negotiating with home owners. The term is irrelevant to them as all they want to know is whether you can help them or not. Watch, learn and understand what magic words you can extract from my training that will work for your real estate business and then get out there to negotiate a great subject to deal for you!!!
