The #1 question I ask myself before I buy ANY house!

What's the number one thing I always ask myself before I buy a house? Well, we all know the world is going crazy and things are looking very unpredictable right now. So today I wanted to share with you, since the economy is going so crazy, my thought process when I'm going into a house. Each time we commit to buying a house, I must ask myself am I willing to deal with the consequences of buying this house!??! Sometimes it's no, and sometimes yes but we must get 100% clear with our vision of the end result when we buy.

Our baby is due 4-28-20, ALL City Schools in Virginia are shut down for the next 2 weeks and my wife called me saying she had 4 contractions in the past 30 mins so it was an ideal time for me to share w/ you how things can get out of hand real quick. So I hope this helps you make a better decision to get out there and sign the paperwork to buy your next OR first house. I'll see you soon!!
