Actual and possibly qualified applicant for my giant 1/1
Oklahomans don't do well in the cold so if it's below 32 degrees, we know traffic is going to be down. But... we've had a couple of beautiful days, the new website is picking up a little traffic and it feels like the ice is going out, figuratively speaking.
Showed the 1/1 duplex today to a very nice young lady who appears to be financially qualified and... wait for it... wants to give notice where she currently lives. A quick scan of the courthouse records reveals no evictions or felonies.
As the bonus event, also got a pretty good quality candidate for a little house we're showing. A good day. I really do appreciate the moral support, thank you very much!

Deborah B. That is "smiling news". When you take the time to affect quality renovations and provide a healthy and comfortable home, they will get filled. I am confused about the cold, or was that -32-degrees of which you spoke ;-)

Great job! Worth sitting a little while to get someone good in there. Hope she pans out.
