Who will buy my flip?

Months ago buyers were reaching out to me every day looking for properties to flip.

Now they are not.

Why is this?

There are fewer buyers for the flipped properties.

What a lot of people don't know is that the demand for housing right now is being led by owner occupants, many who are FHA buyers.

And to sell to an FHA buyer you need to wait 91 days to go under contract due to the FHA NO FLIPPING RULE.

Also, interest rates have gone up marketably so these potential buyers cannot afford as much.

Buyers don't get caught holding the bag on a flip of a property you never wanted to own.

Sellers, it is time to unload the properties that you don't want to own long term.
