Now is a HOUSE PICKERS market

Since 2009 the Stock Market has been basically a Bull Market where no matter what you did you would have done fine.

You could have picked any Mutual Fund or Index fund and be up over 300% since 2009.

But recently we have seen the stock market drop almost 20% recently.

People are running from the stock market and putting their money in CASH, but there are still stocks that are worth owning in both the short term and the long term.

We have entered what is called  a "Stock pickers market" where those people who are able to analyze a company can do better than those who blindly invest.

The same has been true of the Real Estate Market.  People simply rode the wave and invested in Worcester and have made money.  It didn't matter if they knew what they were doing they simply won.

Things they are a changing.

You can see it on weekends when there are a lot less people looking at houses, and houses are sticking on the market longer.

This is what we call a HOUSE PICKERS MARKET.  There is money to be made, but you really need to know what you are doing and work with a team of agents, banks and contractors to achieve you goals.
