Challenging The Myths Of I Don't Have Enough Time Or Money To Invest

Everybody always says the same thing when it comes to investing, I just don't have the extra time to get involved in Mobile Home or any other type of investing.
We can not make more time in a day but we can spend the time we have differently than living in the routines we do everyday. If you want to change your life you must start by changing your routines.
if you decide you want to get involved in Realestate investing starting out as a hobby or just curious if you could make a little extra money, I would challenge you to spend some of your spare time riding around in parks that you think would be a good place for your tenant/buyers to live, in my area there are some really nice parks around that people would love to live in especially with the cost of homes rising at never saw before rates, the need for affordable housing in this country is huge.The cost of housing in this country is sending more people into looking at alternative housing issues besides the normal 1000 dollar per month apartment complex.
When you are driving around in the parks take note of the home address and the park name and office phone so you can contact the manager/owner to ask if they have any homes for sale, once you contact them if they don't have any homes just tell them what you do and what you are looking for and hopefully they will call you when one becomes available for sale in their park. This is a very simple process that can get you started fairly quickly on your way to financial independence.You will need to do this in multiple parks before you will get a call to buy one from a park manger but once you do you will be able to start building a lasting relationship that manager that hopefully you can buy multiple homes in that park, and remember once you purchase a home in one of these parks this is a people driven business so you need to do what you say you will do when rehabbing the home and placing the tenant buyer and remember everything you do in these parks you need to get it approved by the park manager before doing anything with the home since they can make or break your investment.
