Paint Color Choices For Your Mobile Home

Normal 1632279722 Blue Mobile

This all depends on what you plan to do with the home, if you are planning on renting most tenants like modern colors, I would not go with to many crazy colors and just stick with neutral colors since it will appeal to the most tenants. The tenants will be thrilled to live in your updated rental mobile home.
If you plan on selling in the retail market I would definitely stick with neutral colors that will appeal to the most buyers and paint the home just 1 color in the whole house to limit the possibility of picking colors that other people think will clash together.
If your plans are to sell the home on a note you have more leeway with picking colors because the value that you add to the home will be offering financing to your buyer, most people that are buying with you financing will usually just say no big deal we will live with it until we can change it and honestly they are so happy to be home owners the colors of the home are really nothing to worry about for them because they are NEW HOME OWNERS.
The paint choices we normally use are mostly neutral but we have been experimenting with more colors in the homes lately.
We get all of our paints from Lowes or Home Depot.
