Top 3 BAD Habits of Beginner Investors

I’m going to share with you the top 3 bad habits that prevent people from reaching real estate success.

Ask yourself whether or not any of these apply to you and use these 3 as an example of “What not to do.”

Here are the bad habits with quick explanations...

**Bad Habit #1 - Wasting free time**

Everyone has 24 hours in the day. One of the biggest things that stops people getting started in investing is that they don’t spend spend their free time wisely.

Even if you currently work a day job, you need to try to carve out a few hours here and there to work on your real estate investing business or you’ll never get it off the ground.

The key to this is that you need to schedule time for working on your business in advance. Don’t just wait around until you have a free moment (spoiler alert: you won’t).

**Bad Habit #2 Letting fear stop you / making excuses**

The second bad habit might be the worst of them all. The vast majority of would-be investors let this one prevent their success.

If you never take any action, you’ll never get any results...

And if fear is holding you back from taking action, well then you need to address that right away!

Push yourself to do things you fear. View the fear as excitement and eventually it will be easy for you to keep pushing yourself to do uncomfortable things.

**Bad Habit #3 - Quitting Too Easily**

Most people give up too soon on their path towards success. The fact is, in almost everything you will generally fail A LOT before you finally reach success.

You need to realize that it’s not “three strike you’re out”...

In this game it’s keep swinging as long as you want... and you’re only out if you give up.

So keep your head up and keep going for it!

Hope this helps!

-Joe
