Your “Moral Obligation” To Sellers
Do you believe that real estate wholesaling is scammy?
Well, I’m going to show you an ETHICAL way of thinking that will earn you more profits than you can shake a sticky note at.
The unfortunate fact is... sometimes wholesaling is scammy... BUT
Other times it’s not. Let me explain.
It really all comes down to WHO is doing the deal. The wholesaler.
What is their character?
What is their motivation?
You see, some people get into wholesaling because they’re just trying to make a quick buck...
And these “less than desirable” people will often do whatever it takes to get the money.
They don’t care what happens to other people or who they hurt.
I shouldn’t have to tell you why you don’t want to be that person.
But if you need an extra reason (other than just not being a scumbag) I’ll give you one...
You won’t survive in the business if all you do is screw people over.
It’s ok to want to make money, but you should also want to help people.
That’s what you’re actually getting paid for.
Helping.
And a great marketer and businessman I follow (Jay Abraham) says, “If you believe in what you’re selling, than you have a moral obligation to help your customers however you can.”
I agree with this 100%.
And with wholesaling, if you want to make it in the long run... the best thing you could ever do is set out to help the sellers - at all costs - however you can.
View it as a moral obligation. No if, ands, or buts about it.
You’ll make more money, you’ll help more people, and you’ll have more respect for yourself.
I’m posting this because I feel morally obligated to help people get started.
