West St Wallingford CT Rehab Update [VIDEO]

We recently purchased this single family 3 bed, 1 bath property on West St. in Wallingford, CT. The plan is to rehab and rent the property by May. We've been busy the past week cleaning the yard and demoing the inside of the property. We've put together a short video walkthrough, so that you can get a better idea of the work being done.
