West St Wallingford CT Rehab Update

This property was purchased a couple of weeks ago for $110,500 and is located on West St. in Wallingford, CT. If you haven't seen the original walkthrough, check it out here!

Since we have closed, the weather has been unseasonably warm for this time of year, which has been great for us! Aside from getting permits for the electrical and plumbing work, and moving the utilities over to our name (natural gas was already up and running at the property), our team has been mostly working on demo and cleanup work.
