This is our last property we are planning to work on in the first quarter of 2018. This property is will be a rehab and flip.
Located on Shady Drive in Wallingford, CT. This property has almost 1200 sq. ft of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. There is no basement, but the layout is good and it's on a nice lot in a good area in town. Our plan is to have this property fully rehabbed and on the market in 2-3 months.
