I live in the area and own one rental there. If you need a realtor please let me know. It is a booming area with high rental demand.

Hi. I am looking for an agent in the Kinston NC area. I have tried two off of the "find an agent" tool and have heard nothing from them. I have a property identified but I need more information. Any suggestions? Thanks

Send me a message. I have a few that I use.

@David Orr Thanks for the app suggestions. I have failed with the google docs method and my last time tracker was too complicated for that I needed.

I don't track my time. I manage all my properties except one so it would be hard to say I don't have the required hours.

I also don't have a day job and RE is all I do.

So can you currently purchase Rhino if you have fewer than 5 units?

I believe so I only have one tenant using it currently

Quote from @Peter Tverdov:

Christine, if you're going to rent to students, it's best to put them all on one Lease and avoid renting by the room (we manage 400 students at Rutgers Univ for some background). Putting together random people are headaches for us and frankly we try to avoid doing it all together now.

Boarding houses, or renting properties like boarding houses becomes very management intensive.

Doing my first rent by room to college atheletes any recommendations on how to structure the lease agreement. Is evicting from a room the same as a regular home eviction?
