BHAM and HSV SFR or MFR investments
Hi - Sorry, if this has been asked before. I'm considering Birmingham and Huntsville area for SFR
(3 bed/2 bath)/Duplex. Is there top level pros/cons? Is there
neighborhoods to avoid? Looking mainly Class C or Class B properties -
professional, students, small family renters target.
Also, there seems to be high risk of tornadoes/high winds - looked around for data. Does anyone have insight? Would appreciate it.
