Has anyone done business with Four Peaks Capital?

They are a fund specializing in rehabing and investing in MHPs. The idea of getting into MHP business by passive investment seems interesting. Has anyone done business with or heard of them?

 Mike has been easy to work with for me, I don't know the other guy who it looks like was involved in Four Peaks.

@Jordan Moorhead Very curious how your receiving distributions in Wavemark, and I know 6 other investors who have been in for a year and are not receiving distributions. What’s also interesting is the homes Wavemark was supposed to purchase to my knowledge have not been placed in any park (I know of 3 parks that have had zero infill). What kind of financials and proof are you receiving from the fund?
