Hey everyone,

I’ve been diving deeper into syndications as a way to scale up real estate projects. For those of you with experience, how are you structuring your deals? What strategies do you use to find investors and attract capital? I’m particularly interested in how you identify good opportunities and manage the balance between sponsor responsibilities and investor expectations. Do you have any tips for navigating the legal side of things or building a solid investor network?

Let’s share some strategies that work!
