Insurance on a Condo rental.

I am new to investing and just bought my first property! Currently, I am in the process of shopping for insurance. Any thoughts about how much insurance to get for a 1200sqft condo (appraised for 150k) 2nd floor, built in 2001? I was quoted a few different prices ($23 and $37 per month were the lowest) with 500k liability, 60k dwelling, and 1k deductible. Anything I am missing and why there is such a difference in price?
