Any of you investors in Long Beach CA knows what’s a reasonable cost for flood insurance in Belmont shore area?

Any insurance agents here can contact me to give me a quote? About to close a single family home property in Long Beach in 7 days but just received notice from lender it’s a flood zone, need flood insurance.
