I got approached by two people that I trust but they are not able to buy house on their own.

I want to help , and I heard rent to own is a good way to do this. Any advices?

@John Duston thank you! I have a trading company in CA, the real estate LLC is in NV. I am open to work with CPA remotely.

Right now I have a CPA in NV but he can’t file CA tax for me and is in poor health due to covid. I am looking for someone can work with me not just during tax season but more of ongoing strategize my business for tax planning.
