Insurance Company recommendations for property under LLCs?
Does anyone have any recommendations for insurance companies that deal with properties held under an LLC?

Jose,
More and more companies will write the 1-4 family properties owned by an LLC on a homeowners or dwelling fire form. They want to know the LLC is owned by an individual or couple and is not used for any other business purpose. For over 5 unit bldg you need a commercial policy. That will not have a problem with an LLC.
