Landlord Insurance Companies/Quotes

Hi everyone! I have a duplex under contract right now and was curious what companies you guys use for landlord insurance. Purchase price is $58,500.

I'm hoping to buy another duplex in a month or two, assuming my financials are good enough with my lender.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

I would suggest finding an insurance broker who is licensee in all 50 states and specializes in working with investors.
