HOA insurance responsibility?
I own a Condo that the kitchen and living room was flooded due to a backup up pipe inside the building. The whole side of the building can not use the kitchen until HOA fixes it. My floors were damaged and my kitchen cabinets in the bottom. Dirty water backed up from the pipes and out from our dish washer. This is a rental property and I have tenants in there. Ia the HOA responsible since it was due to the building main drain pipes?
