New House hacker here: How do I create a lease?  What must be included and what is un necessary?  Do I need an attorney to draft one?  Please advise.  I appreciate your help and comments.

@Rachel Van Huyssteen Welcome to Bigger Pockets (BP = Bigger Pockets). When I first started out I was able to borrow a lease from another landlord in my area. Hopefully you’re able to find a local landlord who can help you out with that as each state requires slightly different information. If you are not able to find a local connection, I would email you my template. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or if you have other questions. I love seeing new investors decide to take the leap and I wish you nothing but the best. (Though there will be issues along the way.)
