Commercial insurance on a car-teenager driving?
Do you guys think there will be any problems if a car's title is in an LLC that deals with property management. Lets say a teenager (16 y.o) is driving it and gets into a car wreck (hope it never happens)
What issues could arise?
1) Will we need to prove that the teen was working for a company and was on a business assignment? (Not just driving from school home)
2) Does this mandate commercial insurance? Can it be a regular car insurance?
3) What problems could arise if a child is insured as a person, car is in LLC, and no commercial policy?
Thank you!
