Rehab Insurance Company Needed in Southern Cali

Hi,
Last year we purchased Commercial insurance from Farmers that covered our rehabs. Intially it was $650 for all our rehabs. Covered the contractors, loss or stolen equipment & great coverage. Insure 1 take it off add another, etc.
This year a bill came for $2500. Does anyone have a referral?
